The craps betting casino is the casino that offers the best atmosphere and gambling experiences, so learn how to play craps properly so that you can be a craps winner too. When I first looked at the craps table I found there were huge crowds of people cheering and applauding and the game looked like a lot of fun. But the moment I took a close look at the craps table I was completely confused. Everyone has the same experience. The table has so many different betting areas and the jargon that the dealers and the players were using was completely alien to me. If you are a new player venturing into a craps betting casino then the craps tables will look like the craziest thing you have ever seen. It’s really understandable. But all the betting options and the ‘craps talk’ shouldn’t bother you. Although it may seem a bit confusing at first, once you understand the game rules and the betting options, craps betting becomes very simple and a lot of fun too.
So here’s a quick look at how craps is played and what the basic rules are. Craps is a game of chance that is played with a pair of dice. The dice act as the deciding factor in the game. The shooter is the person who rolls the dice. What players do is bet on what they think the outcome of the dice roll will be. You can bet what the numbers on each individual dice will be or you can bet on the sum of the two numbers that is rolled out. The interesting thing in craps is that you can even bet on the possibility that certain numbers will not be rolled out. This increases your betting options in the game and makes craps a lot more fun too. The game of craps is played in rounds. The outcome of the dice roll decides whether the game ends or if it moves into the next round. Each round in a craps game has two phases - the come out and the point.
To begin the game of players place their bets on the designated betting areas on the craps table. The shooter then rolls the dice. The first roll of the dice is called the ‘come out’ roll. Now here’s where you have to pay attention. If the shooter rolls out 2, 3 or 12 on the come out rolls the round ends. On the other hand if the shooter rolls a 7 or 11 on the come out roll it’s called a natural and the round continues. If the shooter rolls out 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10 the Point phase of the round begins. The shooter must no try to repeat the point number for the round to continue. If he rolls a seven before repeating the point number the round ends.
Here is a look at the craps betting options you have.
Pass Line Bet:
You win this bet if the shooter rolls a 7 or 11 on the come out roll. You lose of the shooter rolls a 2, 3 or 12. If a point is established (4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10) the shooter must repeat the point before rolling out a 7 for the bet to win.
Don't Pass Line Bet:
This is almost the opposite of the pass line bet. You win is the shooter rolls a 2 or 3 on the come out roll (12 is a draw). You lose if the come out roll is 7 or 11.
Come Bet:
Once the point is established the shooter has to repeat the point number before rolling out a 7 otherwise you lose the bet.
Don’t Come Bet:
If the shooter rolls a 2 or 3 on the come out roll you win. If a point is established the shooter must roll a 7 before repeating a point for this bet to win.
There are many other bets like hard 8, hard 6, snake eyes, ace deuce, any craps any seven and lots more bets. They are pretty simple to understand and once you get a hang of the game craps betting should be a piece of cake.
